PSOV Board members, Buffy Aakaash and Kristine Korman worked the PSOV vendor table on Friday, May 16th, engaging with the many visitors to this year’s BookStock on The Green in Woodstock, Vermont. The PSOV table was filled with displays of members own publications and PSOV promotional material, including flyers for the pre-sale of the 2025 edition of The Mountain Troubadour. This pre-sale pricing will extend until June 10th. (PSOV members will receive their free copy later this summer.)

Unfortunately, all of the Exhibitor events on The Green were cancelled on Saturday due to severe thunderstorms forecast for the area. As member Robin Dellabough pointed out, after all that scrambling for volunteers! The universe laughs at us. . . The PSOV Board wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to the members who contacted us and volunteered to help out on Saturday when our original scheduling plans fell through. Thank you; Deanna Avery, Gordon Korstange, Robin Dellabough, Caitlin Gildrien and a special thanks to member Geza Tatrallyay who had his own vendor table moved next to the PSOV table so he could keep on eye on both our books and his own. We are grateful for being an organization whose members are here to support the work of the executive board. We aren’t the Poetry Society of Vermont without each other.
