• General Submissions: submit up to two poems which are reviewed and scored by the Editorial Board, the top placed finishers are published in The Mountain Troubadour.
• Previously Published Poems: one poem, winners selected by the PSOV Editor.
• Cover Art: one file of cover art, including; a photograph or image of artwork (painting, drawing, etc…) to be considered for the Mountain Troubadour journal cover. The image must be high resolution, 1MB or more, JPG file.

• Submissions open: December 15, to January 31, 2026.

Rights

All rights revert to the authors upon publication. For submissions (other than Previously Published Poems), we require First Rights, meaning we want to be the first publisher to present the poems to the public.
