That Poetry, By Which I Lived, a Short Course on the Poetry of Galway Kinnell

The Vermont Arts Council is proud to support a new online Short Course celebrating the life and work of Vermont poet Galway Kinnell. Join poet Major Jackson online for five evening sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays, November 30 to December 14. With support from former students, colleagues and friends of Kinnell’s including the poets Sharon Olds, Nick Flynn, Robert Hass and Toi Dericotte, Jackson will guide participants through the former Vermont State Poet Laureate’s vast catalog of poems spanning more than thirty years of work. Financial aid is available.
